Created for the Wednesday Stamper Challenge. The background was created by spraying colour wash inks onto card in Aqua & Lettuce. This was then stamped with Seaweed in black and bubbles in StazOn Teal. Tiny shells were fixed to the piece with netting over the top. The netting was sprayed with colourwash in Aqua & Delphinium. Some gold spray was then added over the piece, and the small fish attached.
