Come Fly With Me

Created for the Mixed Media Monday Challenge. The background was created using Adirondack colour wash sprays onto a craft mat, spritzing them with water, then placing card stock face down on top of them. This was then stamped with a faux linen stamp in Twilight Purple. The remaining stamps are by Tim Holtz stamped in Versafine Black.

Rachel, what a wonderful art piece. I really went: WOW, when I opened up your blog! The colors just grab you. But you know what I think really makes this piece? The faux linen stamp. I've never seen that before and it really looks like this was made on canvas. Your explanation makes me want to shut off the computer and run see if I can do the same thing.
