For the "Created By Hand" Challenge. The background was created using the wrinkle free Distress technique in Dusty Concord. When this was dry, i sponged on some Chalk ink in Thatched Straw. This was then stamped with a flower in Dusty Concord. The eggs and collage images were added, and finally the text stamped in black.

Butterfly
Created for the Crazy Amigos Challenge where the theme is Butterflies. The background uses the wrinkle free distress technique. The inks are Walnut Stain, Scattered Straw and Fired Brick. Over this, a crackle was stamped in Walnut stain, then the text Fly Away, also in Walnut stain. The butterfly was stamped in Versafine Black, as was the ink splatters and text.

ATC created for the TMTA Challenge. Created using Distress Inks for the background in Spiced Marmalade & Broken China. The main image was then stamped in black. This was then masked, and a numbers background stamped in Broken China. Finally the text was stamped onto paper sponged with the same colours of Distress ink. Stamps by Queen's Dresser Drawers and PaperArtsy.

Come Fly With Me
Created for the Mixed Media Monday Challenge. The background was created using Adirondack colour wash sprays onto a craft mat, spritzing them with water, then placing card stock face down on top of them. This was then stamped with a faux linen stamp in Twilight Purple. The remaining stamps are by Tim Holtz stamped in Versafine Black.
Altered Spoon
Created for the ABBA challenge. This week's theme was Altered Cutlery. I found an old spoon and coloured it with AIs in Butterscotch & Raisin. I then added a collage image, and glued tiny gold beads around the bowl of the spoon. Next I coloured some silver cardstock with the same AIs and ran it through a cuttle bug mesh embossing folder. I punched small squares from it, attached jump rings and added beads. These were placed down the handle of the spoon. Finally, I added some epoxy stickers to spell Dream on each of the squares.
Inspired By The Rainbow
Created for the Gothic Arch Challenge where this week's theme is "Inspired By the Rainbow". You had to choose 2 colours from the rainbow, 2 stamps and some words of Inspiration. I choose yellow and indigo (Adirondack Butterscotch & Egglant inks) for my background, and 2 stamps by Stampers Anonymous. The inspirational quote is also Stampers Anonymous from the Tim Holtz Range. I finished the arch by adding opals EPs around the edge.

Life is Good
Created for the Sunday postcard Challenge. The background uses chalk inks in Tea Leaves and Eggplant. This was then stamped with a crackle in Spanish Olive and a script in Eggplant. Next the black numbers stamp was added, a torn book page, and the collage image. Finally, some ink splotches also in black and the text.
Dream
Twinchie created for the Small World of Inchies Challenge where the theme is yesllow. The background was created on glossy cardstock using gesso and Butterscotch ink. This was then stamped with a script in Caramel ink and a collage image applied. The Dream text was sponged with the same inks, and finished with a little black stamping around the edges.

The collage image was added and a crown stamped for him to wear. The text was then stamped and coloured with matching inks. A few ink splotches added in black to finish.

Created for a tag challenge. The background uses Distress Inks in Vintage Photo and Peeled paint. This was then stamped over with a faux linen stamp and a flourish stamp in Vintage Photo. The collage image was then added, and a script stamped in black. The tiny word "cute" was stamped, and coloured in matching inks. Fibres added to finish.

Image Transfer
Canvas created for the Wednesday Stamper Challenge. The image transfer was achieved using inkjet photo paper and gel medium. It was transfered onto a gessoed canvas, then acrylic paints added around it. Other images were stamped onto tissue paper and adhered to the canvas. Opals embossing powders were added randomly to the edge to finish.

Moulin Rouge
Created for the TMTA Challenge. The background was created using a combination of Adirondack inks in Butterscotch & Wild Plum, along with Gesso to lighten it. This was then stamped using Purple Twilight with a script. The main image was then applied, and computer generated text which was coloured in matching inks.

Oriental
Postcard created for the Mixed Media Monday Challenge. Created using Adirondack inks in Butterscotch and Raisin. The image was stamped in black onto the Butterscotch background, then more Butterscotch, and the Raisin ink were sponged around it. An oriental writing stamp was added around the main image in Butterscotch, and an oriental vine stamped across the top and sides. A fan charm was added to embellish.
Diamonds
Created for the Sunday Stampers Challenge. I created the background using Distress inks in Scattered Straw, Dusty Concord and Faded Jeans. I stamped over this with a Harlequin stamp, then a faux linen stamp, and finally ink dots. The collage image was added, then the text stamped onto card of matching colours.
Flowers
Twinchie created for a Challenge. Background paper was sponged with gesso, flowers stamped with Versamark and clear embossed. Colour wash sprays applied in Raisin, Butterscotch and Eggplant, then dabbed off with a tissue. The piece was then ironed to remove the EP, and flowers and dragonfly stamped in black.
Spring Equinox
Created for the Gothic Arch Challenge. The baackground was created using the wrinkle free Distress Technique using Faded Jeans ink. Once this was dry, I sponged on a little Chalk ink in Thatched Straw, then stamped over the whole background with a flower stamp (Hero Arts). Collage images added, and a fabric flower border to embellish.
Queen For A Day
Created for the Sunday Postcard Challenge, where this week's theme is Mothers. The background is polished stone technique using AI's in Raisin, Butterscotch and Eggplant. Over this a flourish was stamped and gold embossed. The collage image was applied, then grungeboard crowns coloured with gold Krylon. Finally, a German Scrap border and stamped text on card coloured with AI inks.

Paper Doll
Created for this week's In My House Challenge where the theme is Paper Dolls. The background was created using chalk ink, DTP in Pretty petunia, this was then stamped over with a text stamp (Stampin' Up) in the same colour ink. The paper Doll was made using a range of collage and stamped papers, with a lace skirt, and brads to hold her together. lace and fabric flowers added to embellish.
Bird House
Created for the ABBA Challenge. I stated by making a box using a piece of strong card and a card scorer, using the box lid for the roof of the birdhouse. I sponged the card with a layer of gesso, then sprayed it with aqua colour wash. Next I added bits of text and music sheet paper, then stamped bird images onto tissue paper and applied these to all sides including the roof. over this I sponged a little Vintage Photo Distress ink, and stamped a crackle randomly too.
The nest was made using shredded paper & some fantasy fibres (coloured with gesso and aqua colour wash spray). The eggs were made using white fimo clay, and after backing, adding some speckles of Vintage photo ink to them. The bird is a collage image which was added to the nest. Finally, some braid and a grungeboard letter were added to the top.
Sewn Tag
Created for a Tag Challenge, where the theme is to use 3 items - Brads, Ribbon and Buttons. It also fits the theme on Saturday suprise which is "Sewing Basket". The tag was created by sponging a cream manilla tag with Aspen Mist chalk ink in the centre and Gingerbread Chalk ink around the edges. It was then stamped in Aspen Mist with a French Script and sewn around the edges. The PaperWhimsy image was sewn onto a piece of Calico fabric which had been sponged in matching ink. Ribbon added to top and bottom, tiny buttons aroud the main image, brads at the base & fibres to finish.

Orange
Created for the Theme Thursday Challenge. The background was created using the wrinkle free Distress Technique using Colour wash sprays in Butterscotch & Raisin. This was then stamped with a text background in Adirondack Rust. A collage image was then added and the border sponged with Raisin ink. The text was stamped in black, sponged with Butterscotch ink, and edged in Rust.
Tour Eiffel
Created for the Wednesday Stamper where the theme is icons. I chose the Eiffel Tower as an iconic building. The background was created using the wrinkle free Distress Technique. The colours were Dusty Concord and Vintae Photo. A French Script (Stampin' Up) was then stamped over this in Vintage Photo, and the remaining images stamped in Versamark black. Door Of Friendship
For the "Created By Hand" Challenge. The background was created using the wrinkle free distress technique using Distress inks in Faded Jeans and Frayed Burlap. This was stamped with a friendship text (Stampin' Up), in StazOn Ultra Marine. The collage images are by Paper Whimsy. German scrap and a key were coloured using a Krylon pen in Red Shimmer, and finally the text was stamped, and coloured with matching inks.

Gentle Spring
Created for MMM. The background was created using a music script backing paper. This was coloured with Distress Inks in Dusty Concord and Faded Jeans using the Wrinkle free Distress Technique. A little Versamagic Thatched Straw was sponged over the white areas, then a thin layer of gesso sponged over the whole thing. The collage images were cut out and applied, and the text stamped on coordinating paper. German scrap corner embellishments were painted in matching colours to finish.

Zebra Crossing
Created for the Sunday Postcard Challenge where the theme is Africa. The background uses the wrinkle free Distress technique in Vintage Photo, Dusty Concord and Peeled Paint. A crackle background was stamped over this in Vintage Photo ink. The Zebra image, text and tiny squares were then stamped in black and grungeboard arrows added after being inked in Vintage Photo. Stamps by Paperartsy, Cherry pie & See D's. (Zebra stamp unknown).

Created for the In My House Challenge where the theme is "Stain" and it also fits the Sunday Stampers Challenge where the theme is "girls". The background was made using the wrinkle free Distress Technique with Distress Inks in Broken China and Vintage photo. A stratches stamp was added in Vintage Photo and a French text stamp in Broken China. Ink splotches were then stamped in Walnut Stain. A Paper Whimsy collage image was applied, and text in coordinating colours. The Number at the top is grungeboard coloured with Walnut Stain Distress ink.

Twinchie created for a Challenge. I applied script background paper to the Twinchie, then a torn edge piece to the right side which was coloured with aqua colour wash spray and stamped with tiny flowers and a script in StazOn Timber brown. Stamps by Hero Arts and Cherry Pie. Bird image added and Epoxy Alphabet sticker.
News Print
Created for Art Adventures. I started with printed pages, sprayed with colour wash inks, these were torn and glued onto each other. Next I applied some gesso with a sponge, and when dry added more sprays in Aqua and Buttercup. The image is a transparency. Embellishments were sprayed with the same inks to coordinate, and the whole piece edge with StazOn Teal ink.

Time for T
Created for a Tag Challenge, where the theme is Time For Tea. I had to stretch the theme somewhat, and used the Time aspect as the prodominent feature, whilst staining the tag with Tea Dye ink. The watch faces were stamped and clear embossed, then inks added in Tea Dye, Vintage Photo and Walnut stain. The tag was then ironed to remove the clear EP. The main image and more watches were stamped in black, the dymo tape added and fibres to finish.
Serenity
Created for Art Creations Friday. The background is the shining stones technique using Distress inks in Dusty Concord & Pine Needles, with perfect Pearls Gold. The stamped baackground was embossed in white. The text was stamped onto coorinating paper, and a little prima flower attached to embellish.

Sweet Home Alabama
Created for TMTA where the theme is lyrics. The backgroud was made using a tissue (used to wipe up excess ink from previous projects). This was glued to card using gel medium. The house image (PaperArtsy) was stamped using StazOn ink onto tissue paper, then applied over the background using Klear / Future floor polish (This makes the tissue paper appear transparent). The words were stamped in the same way, and the piece double mounted onto black and green cardstock.

The Written Word
Created for Mixed Media Monday. The background is canvas paper coloured with distress inks in Vintage Photo & Peeled Paint, spritzed with water, then heat dried. This was then stamped with a pen nib background in StazOn ink (Timber Brown). The collage image was applied, then the border added which was also coloured with distress ink. I stamped the text onto card coloured with matching ink, then painted 3 German Scrap pen nibs with brown and expresso acrylic paint. I finished the piece by adding the staples randomly around the border.
Words Of Wisdom
Created for the Sunday Postcard Challenge. The background is canvas paper sprayed with Olive & Green Grass Colour Wash Spray, then stamped with a Tapestry design in StazOn Olive. Circles and ink splatter stamped in gesso. Collage image applied and quote added. Finished with metal corner embellishments.
Fantasy
Created for the Gothic Arch Challenge. I used Fantasy Film over cardstock, then added alcohol inks to it in Eggplant, Currant and StoneWash. Then I stamped text over this (Stampin' Up). The Angel image is a transparency, and the frame is coloured with the same AI's as the background. lace, flowers and key to embellish.
