This is the second ATC made using the Cling Film Colour Wash background. I stamped over the background using a crackle stamp by Crafty Individuals in StazOn Timber Brown, adhered a strip of collage paper to the bottom, and the winged lady over the top. Finally stamped the text using Versafine Black.
