Sometimes...

Created for the Layers of Colour Challenge. The theme is embossing. I started out with a 4x4 piece of glossy card, and stamped a flourish using Versamark. This was heat dried, then I added more flourishes over the top and embossed them in white detail powder. Next I sponged Adirondack inks over the Versamark & embossed images. The colours used were Denim, Lettuce and Bottle. A Paperwhimsy collage image was applied, then text was stamped onto plain paper. This was coloured with lettuce ink, edged with Denim, cut up and attached to card. Stamps by Tuscan Rose & Tim Holtz.

This is really beautiful. The colors are wonderful and the words are so sympathic to the facial expression the little girl has. I love it.
