Created for the "Tag You're It" Challenge blog. This week's theme involves using a moo card on your tag. The background is inked in Chalk inks (Purple Hydrangea & Turquiose Gem). Moo card inked in same colours. Stamps by Time to Stamp & Hero Arts.
