Fabric
Created for the Created By Hand Challenge. The theme is fabric. (It also fits this week's Mixed Media Monday theme, transparencies) I decided to use a piece of canvas fabric. I coloured it with Adirondack Colour Wash Sprays in Eggplant & Butterscotch, then bleached out some of the colouring in the centre where the image was to go. I stamped a post mark around the edges in StazOn Black, sewed a transparency image in place, and added to grungeboard hinges to finish. These were painted with acrylics in gold & black, then had perfect pearls added in interference violet and antique gold.

Once the mask was removed, a light covering of butterscotch was sponged over, and keys were atamped around the edges in black.
